At Prithas Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we deliver. All return and refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of Prithas Creations. We reserve the right to accept or decline any return or refund request based on the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted strictly within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time.
  • Any return request raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • The delivery timestamp as recorded by our logistics partner will be considered the official delivery time.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags, packaging and labels must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided
  • Clear photographs of the product must be shared at the time of raising the request

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Original tags or packaging have been removed
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Colour variation due to screen display differences

5. Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved by Prithas Creations, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, Prithas Creations will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion
